What geographical area do you serve?
We are not bound by borders. We go where the equipment goes.

Do you do the actual work, or do you outsource it?
The Hennig Group Team does the work, we do not outsource. We are on-site to physically inspect the subject equipment; our team enters the data and generates a professional, reliable report. Our personnel follow a project from inception through completion.

What is included in an appraisal?
Appraisal projects include a physical inspection of the subject equipment followed by data entry of pertinent equipment features, secondary market analysis and review, and generation of a written report complete with photographs performed in compliance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) which is the highest generally accepted performance level for equipment appraisal. The report includes an equipment list with complete descriptions and identification including make, model, serial number, significant features, and condition statement.

What do I need to do to prepare for you?
The more complete your records are, and the clearer you communicate your needs, the smoother your appraisal will proceed. We will review the project with you and provide you with details to help you be properly prepared.

How long will my appraisal take?
Timing depends on the size and scope of the project. We work with clients to understand the project and their needs and make every effort to meet their timing needs. We are the bridge between the property owners and the financial institutions, and we draw upon our vast experience to give good schedule estimates.

What is USPAP?
Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) is the highest generally accepted performance level for equipment appraisal. The Uniform Standards are published each year by The Appraisal Foundation, authorized by Congress as the source of appraisal standards and appraiser qualifications.
